We went to the Library, and the girls just looked picture perfect with this special bench. We go here at least once a month for story time, but it was so nice to take both girls since they were out of school.
After the library we walked over the Paint your own pottery store. When we were deciding what we wanted to do with our day, Leah said "I want to go paint like those 6 kids did on that show". She was referring to an episode of Jon & Kate plus 8. It sounded good to me, so that's what we did. The kids loved it, and acted like perfect angels, even whispering like they were in the library. The each chose their own pottery, Leah a little house, and Laura a Christmas tree. 
After a little while, a Newspaper photographer strolled in, asking if he could take their pictures. The very next day there was a big picture in the Newspaper of Laura, sitting on her knees, painting her little tree. Being the good blogger I am, I took a picture of the photographer.
