Halloween Frenzy Friday-School

We had a overload of Halloween activities with both schools on Friday. If not a village, it at least takes a set of grandparents, and Joe and myself to get it all done. My parents helped dress the kids in their costumes and we all got to see the Kindergartners parade around the school, trick-or-treating as they went. After Leah's school, Joe and I headed over to Laura's school to watch her parade and participate in their trunk-or-treat. Both girls had a fantastic time, and even if it stretches us thin, this time in their lives only comes around once. Leah making a silly face for Gavin as she's sitting my parents.
Leah with some of her classmates just prior to the parade.
Laura always loves hanging out with the big kids at Leah's school.
Then it was Laura's turn, this is some of her class.
The two witches checking each other out.
Waiting in the hallway for her parade.
Sitting in the courtyard with her class.
All the children sing a song about a Jack-o-lantern, and this is them saying "Boo" at the end of the song.
Each child gets their turn at the microphone, and they get to tell everyone who they are for Halloween.
Getting ready for the barrage of kids at trunk-or-treat.
A special thank you to Vanessa for the hat.
