After a very long winter, we finally had a beautiful, sunny Florida weekend to enjoy and the time to do it. Saturday the girls didn't even get out of the jammies all day, but that didn't stop them from enjoying the day. They headed right out to our backyard playground, jacket over the jammies, and didn't come back in for a couple of hours. Sunday they managed to get dressed, and after lunch at Firehouse, we went to one of their favorite parks. The day was full of smiles!
We had a good time walking the boardwalk and seeing all the boats and even saw a group of ducks floating by.
I love this picture, and it reminds me of those cards with two older ladies sitting just like this, reminiscing about the old times.
Back at home, they still weren't ready to come inside, so out came the chalk and the bubbles.
