The Flutterby Festival , which is about an hour's drive from our home, is a favorite of ours each year. It's usually beatiful weather and the girls get to create their very own butterfly wings to bring home.
They feature a section of fantasy playhouses which the visitors may play in for a fee, and then they are auctioned off to benefit local charities.
Another hit is the air slide.
And of course the highlight, creating their wings!
Ending a great afternoon with an ice cream cone.
Weaving our way back to our car, or should I say flying?
