We had a great time celebrating my Mom's birthday, spreading it over a couple of days. Since we have had a lot of restaurants lately, with all of the running around with the girls, Mom said a dinner at our house sounded perfect. So we all enjoyed my version of Alice Springs Chicken and all of the fixings, topped off with a delicious birthday cake from our favorite local bakery.
